Reduction in Force (RIF) APPEALS

We are representing federal employees across multiple agencies who have been subjected to Reduction in Force (RIF) actions.  Our representation involves filing an appeal of the RIF action with the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) for each client challenging the Agency's alleged bona fide reasons for the removal from federal service through a RIF action.  

***If you have been affected by the October 2025 and your effective RIF date is in December 2025, please complete this form and we will reach out regarding representation. While your appeal cannot be filed until the effective date in December 2025, we will respond as soon as possible. However, due to the volume of interest there may be a delayed response time during October 2025. If your effective RIF date is prior to December 2025 please contact us separately to ensure representation and that you do not miss any deadlines.
