Reduction in Force (RIF) APPEALS

Reduction in Force (RIF) Appeal Inquiry Form

We are representing federal employees across multiple agencies who have been subjected to Reduction in Force (RIF) actions.  Our representation involves filing an appeal of the RIF action with the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) for each client challenging the Agency's alleged bona fide reasons for the removal from federal service through a RIF action.

If you are unfamiliar with our firm and interested in representation, please complete this form with the required information and we will reach out to discuss representation.

If you are already familiar with our firm and would like to move forward to the next step, please complete this entire form including the optional data points. If for some reason you do not know the answer to a question, then state “unknown” in the response.

Once submitted:

  • We will create a client account on our case management system.
  • You will receive a legal services agreement outlining the terms of representation.

If available, please also email us:

  • Your original RIF notice;
  • Your most recent RIF notice or email with the effective date (if different); and
  • A copy of your most recent SF-50 (preferably the SF-50 showing your removal).

Note: Completing this form does not obligate you to use our services and you will not have retained our services until you sign the legal services agreement.
